staff was pleasant plus location was great. there was café caffe sapore, that i found within 10 minutes' walk of the hotel. i appreciated the balcony, it was good. the venue is based 15 minutes walk from pier 39, popular spot in the city.

The hotel is located in the center, near the cafes, bars. The fishing yard is just a short walk away from the tram stop.
there was no breakfast. At least they could give coffee or tea.

Very convenient location: next to the pier - they are within 15 minutes walk, which was important for us.

It's a very good place to be, many sightseeing places. But it's not the best neighborhood to stay in San Francisco. Comfortable parking.
